Here you can see the restrictions when sending parcels from Europe to Russia.
From 1 April 2024, a duty-free limit of €200 applies to parcels to Russia and the EAEU countries. This means that all parcels with a value above 200 euros will be subject to duty when entering the territory of Russia and the EAEU countries; the duty is 15% of the excess.
For example,
The value of the parcel is 600 euros. Duty (600-200)*15%=400*0.15=60 euros.
According to the 10th sanctions package, used, vintage and personal items are not allowed to be exported from Europe. Therefore, choose other categories (not personal belongings) and fill in a detailed description of the goods.

From January 20, 2025, Rosselkhoznadzor prohibits the import of animal products from European Union countries into Russia. The restrictions were imposed due to the threat of the spread of foot-and-mouth disease and apply to both imports and transit of goods through the territory of Russia to other countries:
A parcel may not contain more than 5 kg of sanctioned food: Sanctioned products are anything that contain:
Olive oil (and other food oils) up to 5 litres for one parcel. All other groceries can be delivered without a weight limit. |
The parcel contains 3kg of sausage, 1kg of cheese, 1kg of biscuits. The parcel can be delivered as the total weight is 5kg. The parcel contains 3 kg of sausage, 1 kg of cheese, 1 kg packet of biscuits, 3 litres of oil, canned vegetables. The parcel can be delivered, it weighs more than 5 kg, but as oil and canned vegetables are not sanctioned products, the weight limit can be exceeded. The parcel contains 1 kg of chocolate, 3.5 kg of ham, 1 kg of cheese. The parcel cannot be delivered as it contains 5.50 kg of sanctioned products, it will be confiscated by customs. |
